CHANGES AND NEW FEATURES IN GDMP 3.1(.x)

For GDMP 3.1 the following changes have been made w.r.t. GDMP 3.0.x

  1. Small change in configure_gdmp: this allows that /etc/grid-security
     is NFS mounted.
     Fixes bug 561 in bugzilla.

  2. New command line tools added:
 
	gdmp_stage_to_mss
        gdmp_stage_from_mss
        gdmp_prepare_open
  
  3. More explicit message for gdmp_host_subscribe

  4. gdmp_register_local_file does NOT have the option -R anymore. By default,
     registration of files is at the server side and thus the interface
     is simpler to use.

  5. gdmp_register_local_file calls the staging script for each file as soon
     as it is registered in the local_file_catalogue.
